Small team, sharp focus.
Four people with backgrounds in data infrastructure, distributed systems, ML ops, and developer tooling. We build what we needed when we were the data engineer on the other side of these problems.
Wei Tan
CEO
Founder. Four years building Snowflake-based data infrastructure at a logistics analytics company before starting Loomkindle in 2022. Extensive background in ETL pipeline design, SQL query optimization, and the schema drift failures that motivated this product.
Priya Nair
Senior Data Engineer
Owns the connector ecosystem and distributed transform scheduling layer. Deep Snowflake experience — query pushdown optimization, virtual warehouse sizing, and clustering key strategy for large-scale ELT workloads.
Marcus Webb
AI Infrastructure Lead
Builds the agentic routing layer and schema drift classification engine. Previous background in ML ops and LLM-based workflow automation — he figured out how to apply the same agent-loop patterns to data pipeline decisions.
Seo-Yeon Park
Product Designer
Owns the developer experience end-to-end: CLI output formatting, docs structure, and dashboard UI. Holds the product to a standard: if a data engineer would find the interaction confusing, it ships differently.
We're hiring.
Two open roles: Senior Data Engineer and Developer Advocate. Seattle or remote.
